Tasks
We are looking to hire a skilled 3D Generalist to work on exciting, groundbreaking immersive learning solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.
You will explore the very latest technologies to produce innovative, interactive prototypes and solutions for immersive learning. You are someone who understands the creative process and the world of VR, Metaverse and AR. The role requires a strong ability to perform in all 3D skills to support the whole team along the process of creating great 3D learning content.
You will be required to be nimble while playing with new technologies and concepts.

This role requires broad knowledge of 3D skills, i.e. Modeling, Texturing, Animation, Lighting, etc. and a good eye for aesthetics. This is a fantastic opportunity for a top-class 3D Generalist willing to embark on an entrepreneurial educational journey with us!
You'll spend time on the following:

• Creating the best stunning 3D assets with the highest possible quality and optimization for AR / VR / Metaverse / Game Engine.
• Engage in art reviews and provide solutions from a creative and technical standpoint.
• Support the team with brainstorming new ideas to elite brands and innovative products.
• Setting up strong & easy workflows of 3d art production to deliver high-quality work within established project timelines
• Active participation in technical and artistic discussions and problem-solving.
• Use your strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive the team forward and launch the best immersive learning solution.

Requirements

• You are required to showcase a strong 3D Generalist portfolio
• You are skilled in modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rigging, physics, and particle systems.
• A good hands-on experience with a PBR workflow is preferred
• You have the knowledge of 3D asset creation in packages like Maya, Blender, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, ZBrush, Marmoset, Photoshop, etc
• You have a strong understanding of light, color, and composition
• A fairly good understanding of Unity 3D/Unreal Engine
• You have good knowledge in Simulation i.e. Cloth, Particles, Liquids, Hair, Fur, etc.
• You have hands-on experience in 3D post-production workflows, tools, and methodologies
• You are willing to learn new mediums/technology
• You have a strong desire to establish and improve the storytelling of the digital learning world.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude with strong artistic and aesthetic sensibilities.
• You have strong organizational and communications skills along with a good understanding of production values, deadlines, and priorities.
• You have a quick visualization ability from written descriptions or discussed ideas
• You have an ability to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• A positive attitude, willing to take decisions in a team.
• A good team player who has the caliber to work globally

We typically expect candidates with at least 1-5 years of 3D production experience to have the skills mentioned above.
