Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile

3D Designer - Generalist

with a strong architectural background. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in

AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, and Revit

to create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentations. The candidate must have hands-on commercial experience and the ability to convert architectural concepts into realistic visual outputs that align with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed

3D models, visualizations, and walkthroughs

for commercial, residential, and interior design projects. Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into

3D renderings

. Work with design teams to present creative and visually appealing

concepts, layouts, and presentations

. Prepare

high-quality renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs

using industry-standard tools. Ensure timely delivery of outputs adhering to

client requirements and industrial standards

. Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers for design finalization. Stay updated with

latest visualization trends, software updates, and rendering techniques

.

Key Skills & Software Expertise:

AutoCAD

- drafting and technical detailing

SketchUp

- 3D modeling & conceptual design

Revit

- BIM modeling & architectural visualization

Lumion

- realistic rendering & walkthroughs Strong understanding of

architectural design principles

Ability to handle

multiple projects under deadlines

Excellent

visualization, creativity, and presentation skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in

Architecture, Interior Design, or related field

2-5 years of proven

commercial experience

in 3D visualization and rendering Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects
