Job Description

Our ideal candidate is an artist who is a true 3DS Max generalist. Someone who is highly creative, can multi-task and works well with production deadlines. The candidate must have strong Modeling, Animation, Rigging, and Lighting skills, and be versed in current rendering technology. The artist will create a wide variety of Models for Architecture, Characters, Props, Vehicles, and General Organic elements for the type of Medical Illustrations and Accident Reconstructions that our firm is known for. This person must thrive on working together with a small team where every member is involved throughout the production process. We believe that a small, focused, and dedicated team of talented people can create amazing work.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble 3D video content for use in multimedia projects. Integrate 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects into video projects. Collaborate with directors, animators, and designers to bring creative concepts to life. Create visually compelling compositions using 3D software like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D. Work with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Add finishing touches including color grading, audio syncing, and post effects. Render high-quality final outputs for various platforms (web, social media, TV, etc.). Manage and organize raw footage, assets, and project files efficiently. Ensure videos meet technical specs and creative direction within set timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in 3D video editing or animation (portfolio/demo reel required). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and 3D software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar). Strong knowledge of video production workflows, editing techniques, and post-production tools. Ability to work with sound design, color correction, and motion graphics. Creative thinking, storytelling skills, and a good visual eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with formats, codecs, and exporting optimized video files.
