About the Role:


Diksha Vision LLP is seeking a talented

3D Game Artist

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with other artists and developers to create high-quality 3D assets that enhance our mobile games. Your responsibilities will include modeling, texturing, and optimizing assets to ensure they are visually appealing and performance-friendly for mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about game art, has a strong eye for detail, and thrives in a creative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering outstanding player experiences.

Qualification

:

Proven experience as a

3D Game Artist

, preferably in the mobile gaming industry or a detailed portfolio showcasing different styles. Proficient in

Blender

for 3D modeling, animation, and asset creation. Strong understanding of

texturing workflows

using

Substance Painter

, with the ability to create high-quality, optimized textures. Solid knowledge of

UV mapping, baking, and PBR workflows

for real-time rendering. Ability to

optimize models and textures

for mobile performance without compromising visual quality. Good sense of

proportion, scale, color, and composition

, with attention to detail and consistency in art style. Understanding of

game art pipelines

, including integration of assets into game engines (Unity is a plus). Strong

collaboration and communication skills

, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A

portfolio demonstrating

3D modeling, animation, and texturing work relevant to mobile or stylized games.

Responsibilities

:

Create high-quality

3D models, animations, and textures

for characters, environments, and props using

Blender

and

Substance Painter

. Collaborate closely with other artists, designers, and developers to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the game's art direction.

Optimize assets

for mobile platforms, maintaining a balance between performance and visual quality. Implement and test assets within the

game engine

to ensure proper functionality and appearance. Contribute to the

development and improvement of the art pipeline

, ensuring efficient asset production and integration. Maintain a strong understanding of

current trends and best practices

in mobile game art and 3D production. Participate in

team reviews and feedback sessions

, iterating on assets based on artistic and technical input. Ensure all deliverables meet

quality, style, and performance standards

within project timelines.
You are not required to do everything but the tasks assigned will be complementary.

Timings:



Monday To Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm

If you are required to work on Saturday there will be a prior notice with overtime payment.
