We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Elevation Designer to join our construction design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to create realistic and visually appealing 3D elevations for various building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D elevation designs for residential and commercial buildings.

Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements.

Provide multiple design options for client approvals.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet design expectations.

Use 3D design software like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools.

Stay up to date with modern design trends and materials.

Ensure accuracy, scale, and proportion in all visualizations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a 3D elevation designer or similar role in the construction/architecture industry.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, or 3ds Max.

Strong visualization skills and an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Ability to manage time and deliver high-quality output under deadlines.

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of V-Ray, Photoshop, or other rendering tools.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience working with clients in construction or architectural firms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
