We are looking for a talented 3D Elevation & Interior Designer to join our team and work on creative residential projects. The ideal candidate should be able to design attractive exterior elevations and functional, stylish interiors that meet client requirements. This role involves preparing realistic 3D renders, detailed layouts, and material specifications, while ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Job Responsibilities
Create 3D exterior elevations for residential buildings (apartments, villas, individual houses).
Develop realistic 3D interior designs for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and other home spaces.
Prepare floor plans, layouts, and material specifications.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
Suggest suitable color palettes, materials, finishes, and furniture arrangements.
Provide high-quality renders and presentations for client approval.
Make changes to designs based on feedback.
Skills Required
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools.
+ Strong understanding of residential space planning, color theory, and lighting.
+ Creativity with attention to detail.
+ Good communication and presentation skills.
