Job Description

We're looking for a talented

3D Designer / CGI Video Specialist

who can bring spaces to life through cinematic CGI videos. You will work closely with our design team to convert architectural concepts and interior layouts into visually stunning walkthroughs, flythroughs, and storytelling visual sequences using CGI.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D models and environments from CAD drawings, sketches, and references Design and animate CGI videos for architectural and interior design presentations Produce photorealistic renders and cinematic shots using tools like Lumion, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar Collaborate with architects and designers to capture the design intent accurately Ensure timely delivery of CGI outputs for marketing and client presentations

Requirements:

Proficiency in 3D software like Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Maya Strong skills in animation, lighting, camera movements, and post-production Experience with rendering engines (Lumion, V-Ray, Unreal Engine, etc.) Knowledge of video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) A strong portfolio showcasing CGI video work (preferably architectural)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
