Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Exhibition Booth Designer with hands-on experience in designing custom exhibition stands for international trade shows, especially in US and European markets. The ideal candidate should understand global exhibition standards, branding requirements, and space optimization while working closely with sales and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D concepts and detailed booth designs based on client briefs and exhibition guidelines Design custom exhibition stands for US, European, and international trade shows Develop layouts considering branding, visitor flow, functionality, and visibility Prepare 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals for client approvals Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure designs align with scope and budgets Make design revisions based on client and internal feedback Stay updated with international exhibition trends, materials, and design innovations Ensure compliance with venue regulations and international build standards
Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience as a 3D Designer in exhibition stand design Proven experience designing booths for US and European trade shows Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop Good understanding of custom exhibition structures, materials, and branding Ability to work on tight timelines and multiple projects Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Good to Have

Understanding of fabrication feasibility and basic production knowledge Experience working with global clients and multiple organizer guidelines Portfolio showcasing international exhibition booth designs
