Hire4Event is a leading event management and production company specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and live shows across India. We provide end-to-end solutions, including event planning, artist booking, stage setup, fabrication, sound, lighting, and decor. We're now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented 3D Designer who can bring innovative event concepts to life.
Job Responsibilities:
Create 3D event stage designs, exhibition stalls, booth layouts, and venue mock-ups using industry-standard software.
Work closely with the production and client servicing teams to visualize and develop event concepts.
Prepare presentation renders and 3D walkthroughs for client approval.
Convert 2D drawings or sketches into realistic 3D visuals.
Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure feasibility of designs during production.
Maintain design consistency and quality across all projects.
Stay updated with the latest event design trends, lighting setups, and creative elements.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of stage design, lighting, and spatial arrangement.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality visuals.
Prior experience in event management, exhibition design, or stage fabrication is a plus.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
