We are looking for a talented

3D Designer (POSM)

to join our creative team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong visualization skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in designing

Point of Sale Materials (POSM)

and other retail display elements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design innovative

3D POSM displays

, retail fixtures, kiosks, and branding materials. Create

3D renderings, mockups, and visual presentations

for client approvals. Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and client servicing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with brand guidelines. Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of all projects. Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and production techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience

in 3D design for POSM, retail, or exhibition environments. Proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite

, or equivalent design software. Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and spatial design understanding.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
