Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled 3D Designer with a strong background in POSM design and material knowledge. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling briefs independently and delivering high-quality 3D designs that meet client specifications. The role involves working with clients from FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics industries, so prior experience in these sectors is highly desirable. A background in Fine Arts is preferred to bring a refined artistic touch to the design process.
Key Responsibilities: ? Design Development: Create detailed and visually compelling 3D designs for POSM that align with client briefs and project requirements. ? Material Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of materials to select appropriate options for design execution, ensuring durability and visual appeal. ? Client Interaction: Manage client briefs independently, including gathering requirements, providing design solutions, and incorporating feedback. ? Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept through to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. ? Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, production teams, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. ? Industry Expertise: Apply experience and insights from working with FMCG, liquor & beverages, and cosmetics clients to create relevant and impactful designs.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
