Role Overview

As a

3D Designer

at Quattro Spaces, you will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into compelling, high-quality visual experiences. Your expertise in 3D rendering and visualization will help bring projects to life for clients, ensuring every space reflects our commitment to design excellence and functional innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

photorealistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and animations

that capture design intent and brand identity. Convert 2D sketches, CAD drawings, and mood boards into

immersive 3D visuals

. Ensure design outputs reflect accurate

materials, textures, lighting, and spatial detailing

. Deliver visualizations aligned with project milestones, client presentations, and deadlines. Maintain structured version control, documentation, and updates for all renders. Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and execution teams to ensure accuracy. Continuously explore

emerging rendering techniques, software updates, and industry trends

. Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency without compromising quality.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Must-Haves:

Degree/Diploma in

Interior Design, Architecture

, or a recognized

3D Animation/Visualization program

.

5-8 years

of proven experience in 3D design for

commercial or residential interiors

. Strong command of

3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Photoshop

. Knowledge of construction materials, detailing, and site coordination. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

Exposure to

VR/AR-based visualization tools

. Familiarity with

Lumion, Unreal Engine, or Twinmotion

for advanced rendering. Creative flair with attention to detail and a strong design sensibility.
