Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled
3D Designer
with a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and technical expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and walkthrough creation. You will work closely with our interior design team to convert 2D plans into realistic 3D visualizations for presentations and client approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
Create
high-quality 3D models
of interiors (residential, commercial, retail) from 2D floor plans and sketches.
Produce
photo-realistic renders
and walkthrough videos using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with interior designers to ensure the visuals match the design intent.
Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation layouts.
Make quick design changes as per client or team feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D design, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a 3D Designer/Visualizer in an interior design or architectural firm.
Proficiency in software such as
SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop,
D5 Render & 3Ds Max
.
Strong understanding of
materials, textures, lighting, and color theory
.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
