Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

3D Interior Designer

to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D visualizations and interior design concepts that effectively communicate design intent and elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of interior spaces based on floor plans, mood boards, and client briefs. Design and visualize residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality interiors depending on project scope. Collaborate with interior designers and architects to translate 2D concepts into immersive 3D visuals. Model furniture, fixtures, and accessories as needed for unique project requirements. Apply appropriate materials, textures, and lighting techniques to enhance realism. Revise designs based on client or team feedback, ensuring accuracy and detail. Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials, and visualization tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience in 3D interior design or architectural visualization. Proficient in 3D software such as

3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Revit

, or

Cinema 4D

. Experience with rendering engines like

V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion

, or

Enscape

. Strong skills in

AutoCAD

and

Adobe Photoshop

for plan integration and post-production. A strong portfolio showcasing interior renders and design concepts. Excellent sense of space planning, color theory, lighting, and materials. Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Experience working in client-facing roles or design presentations. Knowledge of sustainable design materials and practices is a plus.
