Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

high-quality 3D visuals, walkthroughs, and renderings

for residential and commercial interior projects. Work closely with the design team to

interpret 2D drawings, sketches, and mood boards

into photorealistic 3D designs. Create

layouts, lighting, texturing, materials, and furniture models

that reflect the project's design concept. Prepare

presentation-ready visuals

for client meetings and design approvals. Collaborate with designers to

refine visualizations

based on feedback and ensure alignment with design intent. Stay updated with

latest 3D visualization trends, rendering techniques, and design software

. Maintain an organized library of

3D models, materials, and textures

for future use.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Interior Design, Architecture, or 3D Visualization

. Proven experience as a

3D Designer/Visualizer

in an interior design or architectural firm. Strong proficiency in

3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape

. Good understanding of

materials, lighting, and composition

. Excellent

aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management

skills. Ability to

handle multiple projects

and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

2-5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization for interior design projects. Experience creating

walkthrough animations

or

VR experiences

is an added advantage.
