We are hiring a 3D Graphic Designer and Animator who can design, model, texture, light, animate, and render

3D assets and short motion pieces

to be used across

websites, landing pages, social media, ads, and product launch materials

. The role is hands-on and collaborative with

Product, Development, and Marketing

.

2 to 3 years in 3D design/animation for digital marketing or product visuals

Key Responsibilities



3D Asset Creation

Model hard?surface and simple organic assets for website hero sections, product visuals, and campaigns. Clean topology, proper UV unwrapping, and PBR texture workflows. Create normal, roughness, metallic, AO maps as needed. Build reusable component libraries: icons, props, scenes, and lighting rigs.

Look Development & Rendering

Create shaders, materials, and lighting for stylized or realistic looks. Set up renders in Cycles/Eevee (or equivalent), optimize samples, denoising, and compositing passes. Deliver high?quality stills and loops for web and social without exceeding performance budgets.

Animation & Motion

Animate cameras, objects, and simple character rigs for short explainer loops, teasers, and micro?interactions. Produce

promotional and teaser videos

for product launches using motion graphics and 3D animation. Add light VFX (particles, geometry nodes, simple simulations) when needed.

Web?ready Delivery

Export

GLB/GLTF

for web use when required. Prepare video exports with and without alpha (MP4/H.264, WebM, ProRes 4444 for transparency), 24/30/60 fps as briefed. Supply layered source files and organized asset folders for developers and editors.

Design & Branding

Maintain brand consistency in color, typography, and visual style across platforms. Create 3D compositions for

banners, carousels, hero sections, thumbnails, and reels

. Support storyboarding and styleframes for campaigns and feature launches.

Collaboration & Review

Work with Product Managers to align scope and timelines. Coordinate with Developers for web integration constraints. Partner with Marketing on messaging and formats for each channel. Participate in QA to ensure the shipped result matches the approved design.

Scope of Work (What this role will deliver)



Web & Product

3D hero assets for landing pages, section illustrations, and iconography. Cut?down image sets for responsive breakpoints and retina scaling. Optional interactive 3D scenes for web (in partnership with front?end team) when applicable.

Marketing & Social

Stills and short loops for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube shorts, and ads.

Teaser and promo videos

for feature and product launches (10-30 seconds typical). Event visuals and key art for campaigns.

Design System & Libraries

A structured 3D asset library with naming, versioning, and license notes. Light rigs, material presets, and templates for common shot types.

Handoff Package per Release

Final renders plus working files (Blender project, textures, caches) and a readme. Tech specs: aspect ratios, resolution, duration, frame rate, color space, compression settings. Web export notes for dev teams: file sizes, compression, and dependencies.

Required Skills & Experience



2 to 3 years in 3D design and animation for web or marketing. Proficient in

Blender

for modeling, UVs, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering (Cycles/Eevee). Strong understanding of PBR materials and baking workflows. Motion graphics skills for short promos and teasers

specifically in Web3 domain

(basic typography and transitions). Knowledge of output formats and constraints for web and social media. Good sense of composition, visual hierarchy, and color in Web3. Strong file organization and version control habits. Clear communication and the ability to present rationale behind design choices.

Nice to have



Substance Painter/Designer, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro. Cinema 4D, Maya, Houdini experience. Basic rigging and character animation. Experience with

Spline/Three.js/WebGL

or collaborating on interactive 3D for the web. Sound design basics and simple edit/audio mix for social videos. Experience in

Web3/Fintech/SaaS

visual storytelling.

Blender

(primary). Optional: C4D, Maya, Houdini. Texturing: Substance Painter/Designer, Adobe tools as needed. Motion/Editing: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Lottie (for 2D vectors). Collaboration: Figma for layout references, Notion/Jira/Trello for tasks, Google Drive for asset sharing.
