3D Design Engineer (Sheet Metal & Busbar)

We are seeking an experienced

3D Design Engineer

with strong expertise in

2D drafting and 3D modeling

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

sheet metal design, busbar drawings, and panel fabrication

.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify

2D drawings and 3D models

using

AutoCAD & SolidWorks

. Design and develop

electrical panel sheet metal components

and assemblies. Prepare

busbar drawings, fabrication details, and BOMs

. Work closely with the production team to ensure

design feasibility and manufacturability

. Perform

design calculations, tolerance checks, and material selection

. Revise and update drawings based on

engineering changes and customer requirements

. Ensure compliance with

industry standards and safety norms

.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD & SolidWorks

(2D Drafting & 3D Modeling). Strong knowledge of

Sheet Metal Design, Busbar Layouts, and Electrical Panel Enclosures

. Ability to read, interpret, and prepare

engineering drawings & technical documents

. Good understanding of

fabrication, assembly processes, and GD&T

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

electrical panel design / switchgear industry

. Knowledge of

ERP / PLM systems

for design data management. Familiarity with

manufacturing processes and materials (copper, aluminum, sheet metal)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,796.58 - ₹35,818.35 per month
