Key Responsibilities:
3D Modeling:
Creating detailed digital models of objects, characters, and environments using 3D software.
Texturing and Materials:
Applying textures and materials to 3D models to enhance their realism and visual appeal.
Animation:
Bringing 3D models to life through animation, creating movement and storytelling elements.
Visual Effects (VFX):
Developing and implementing visual effects for films, games, and other media.
Rendering:
Generating high-quality images and animations from 3D models using rendering software.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other artists, designers, and project leads to integrate 3D assets into projects.
Concept Development:
Helping to develop creative ideas and concepts for 3D projects.
Storyboarding:
Creating visual representations of scenes and animations.
Research:
Staying up-to-date with the latest 3D software, techniques, and industry trends.
Optimization:
Ensuring 3D models and animations are optimized for performance, especially in real-time applications like games.
Feedback and Iteration:
Receiving and incorporating feedback from team members and clients to refine 3D creations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
3D Software Proficiency:
Mastery of industry-standard 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of polygonal modeling, sculpting, UV mapping, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
Artistic Skills:
Excellent eye for composition, color, lighting, and design principles.
Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate ideas, collaborate with team members, and present work to clients.
Problem-Solving Skills:
