We are looking for a passionate and talented 3D Artist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level candidate with a strong interest in 3D Modeling, Texturing, and Animation to gain valuable experience in the industry. As a Junior 3D Artist, you will work closely with our senior artists and designers to create high-quality 3D assets for various projects.


Responsibilities:


Assist in creating 3D Models, Textures, and Animations under the guidance of senior artists.

Learn and apply best practices in 3D Modeling, Texturing, and Animation techniques.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of visual concepts.

Take direction from senior artists and implement feedback to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.

Help maintain organized file structures and adhere to naming conventions to ensure project assets are easily accessible.

Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and new tools to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Assist in the optimization of assets for performance and memory usage.

Complete tasks and assignments within established deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Computer Animation, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, and animation projects (academic projects, personal projects, or internships).

Basic knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent.

Familiarity with texturing and shading techniques using software such as Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Ability to take direction and constructive criticism positively to improve skills and work quality.

Passion for creating visually appealing content and a strong desire to pursue a career in 3D art.
