We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modelling Artist with 1-3 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools like 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, and other relevant software to create high-quality architectural models for renders and walkthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs from CAD drawings, sketches, and references.

- Work closely with the design team to translate architectural concepts into realistic 3D models.

- Optimize models for rendering and performance while maintaining a high level of detail.

- Collaborate with rendering and animation teams to ensure models meet required standards.

- Ensure timely delivery of models for client reviews and project deadlines.

- Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of professional experience in 3D modeling for architecture.

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya, and SketchUp.

- Strong understanding of architectural forms, detailing, and spatial composition.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for proportion and scale.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Basic knowledge of texturing, UV mapping, and lighting setup.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
