About the Job

As a 3D Artist, Generalist you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D assets, including photorealistic renders and animations for print, web, and other media. This involves modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering across various projects. The role ensures visual consistency and supports the entire production pipeline from concept to final delivery.

Create high-quality 3D models for a variety of assets including products, environments, and props Develop photorealistic textures and materials using industry-standard tools Light and render scenes for stills and animations tailored to print, web, and multimedia platforms Collaborate with art directors, designers, and other team members to meet creative goals Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual quality Contribute to storyboarding and animatics when needed Manage projects from initial concept to final output while meeting deadlines Maintain file organization and adhere to studio naming conventions and pipeline standards

About the Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Computer Graphics, Visual Effects, Game Design, or a related field Minimum

3-5 years

of relevant professional experience in a 3D artist generalist role, ideally in advertising, film, gaming, product visualization, or architectural visualization. Hands-on experience with the full 3D pipeline including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and animation work is required.

- Capable of handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines efficiently

- Works well in team environments, open to feedback, and can clearly communicate ideas and updates

- Comfortable working across different styles, mediums, and project types

- Takes charge of tasks proactively, from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes

- Eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and workflows to stay updated with industry standards

- Understands how to convey mood, tone, and narrative through composition, lighting, and animation
