Description:

Seeking a talented 3D Architectural Visualizer to produce high-quality 3D architectural models, renderings, and animations for interior, exterior, and landscape projects. The role involves close collaboration with architects and designers to deliver realistic and visually compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D Architectural models for architectural projects, including buildings, interiors, landscapes, and environments. Produce realistic architectural renderings and animations for both interior and exterior projects. Deliver project outputs on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals and deadlines. Follow design guidelines, including proper asset naming and organized file management. Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in 3D design and visualization. Record and update daily work hours for project tracking and management. Ensure all work adheres to company standards and relevant regulations, with a strong focus on accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in 3D Visualization, Architecture, or a related discipline. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

3ds Max

and

V-Ray (mandatory).

Strong skills in 3D modeling, lighting, rendering, and post-production. Good understanding of architectural design principles and detailing. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ?540,000.00 - ?780,000.00 per year
