Job Title: 3D Artist - Architectural Visualization

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Artist with expertise in architectural visualization to produce high-quality renderings and animations of buildings, interiors, and landscapes. You will work closely with architects and designers to create photorealistic visual content that brings architectural concepts to life for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Create accurate and visually compelling 3D models of architectural structures, interiors, and landscapes from CAD or BIM files (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).

2. Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting to enhance visual impact.

3. Produce still renderings, panoramic views, walkthroughs, and flythrough animations.

4. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design briefs and refine visual outputs.

5. Ensure adherence to project timelines and file standards.

6. Stay updated with the latest visualization trends, software, and techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, or related field.

2. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, or Blender.

3. Expertise in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Twinmotion.

4. Strong understanding of architectural design principles.

5. Familiarity with Photoshop or other tools for post-processing and image enhancement.

6. Ability to interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sections accurately.

Experience

: - 1-3 years

Preferred Skills:

1. Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

2. Strong organizational and communication skills.

3. Animation or video editing skills are a plus.
