Job Title: 3D Architectural Modeler

Position Summary

The 3D Architectural Modeler is responsible for creating detailed and accurate three-dimensional digital models of architectural designs (interiors, exteriors, landscapes, and structures) to support design development, visualization, presentations, and project approvals.

The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and other project stakeholders to ensure models reflect design intent, technical accuracy, and aesthetic quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 3D architectural models from 2D drawings, sketches, or design concepts using industry-standard software. Develop photorealistic renderings and visualizations that communicate design intent clearly to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Prepare models for presentations, walkthroughs, VR/AR experiences, or marketing materials. Ensure models adhere to design specifications, architectural accuracy, correct scale, and material details. 4 Corner Resources Work with architects, BIM coordinators, engineers, and designers to integrate feedback and maintain model integrity across disciplines. Participate in design review meetings and contribute technical input for visualization quality and feasibility. Communicate model updates and progress to project teams and managers. Maintain organized file structures, version control, and documentation for all models. Optimize models for performance without losing visual fidelity. Stay up-to-date with the latest modeling and rendering techniques to improve workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software such as

3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Blender

, or similar tools. Experience with rendering engines like

V-Ray, Corona, Lumion

, or Unreal Engine for high-quality visual output. Strong understanding of architectural and BIM principles, including reading and interpreting architectural CAD drawings and construction plans. Familiarity with texture mapping, lighting, material application, and optimization techniques.
