Key Responsibilities

Develop

3D models

architectural renders

, and

visualizations

using tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc. Prepare

photorealistic exterior and interior renderings

. Create

animated walkthroughs

, flythroughs, and presentation videos. Work on

concept development

, mood boards, and design presentations. Interpret

architectural plans, elevations, and sections

to create detailed 3D models. Collaborate with architects and designers to finalize materials, textures, lighting, and design elements. Ensure project timelines are met with consistent quality. Prepare

technical drawings

if required (AutoCAD/Revit). Maintain and update

material libraries

and rendering assets. Support marketing and proposal teams with visual content for tenders and client presentations.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

Interior Design

,

3D Visualization

Civil Engineering

, or related field.
