About Us

Stayfinity is a data-driven property management company specializing in maximizing revenue for vacation rental property owners. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative 3D animator and video editor to produce engaging, high-quality content for YouTube, Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled 3D Animator who can create 3D animation from the scratch and also handle professional video editing. You'll create captivating 3D animated content that explains property management concepts, showcases Airbnb strategies, and promotes our services. You will also edit long-form YouTube videos into polished final products and repurpose them into short-form content.

Responsibilities

3D Animation

Create original 3D animated scenes, characters, or explainer-style content tailored for property management topics (as well as other concepts/topics in the future) Bring scripts/storyboards to life with high-quality animation, motion graphics, and visual effects. Produce short 3D clips for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Maintain consistent branding and visual style across all animations.

Video Editing

Edit long-form YouTube videos (interviews, educational content, property walk-throughs, tips & tutorials). Add motion graphics, on-screen text, transitions, and brand elements. Repurpose full videos into short-form clips optimized for social platforms. Improve audio quality, pacing, and viewer engagement.

General

Collaborate closely with the team for content planning. Deliver projects within agreed timelines. Apply creative ideas to increase viewer retention, engagement, and clicks.

Requirements

Proven experience in

3D animation

(Blender, Maya, Cinema4D, or equivalent). Strong video editing skills with tools like

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve

, etc. Ability to create clean, professional, modern visual styles. Experience creating content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, or TikTok. Strong storytelling and animation sense. Understanding of social media trends and YouTube algorithms (asset but not required). Can create content/videos for multiple youtube channels per the requirement Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in real estate, Airbnb, or property management content. Graphic design or illustration skills. Sound design or voice-over experience.

Compensation

50,000 INR per month

Payment Schedule:

Every 15 days
