Job Description

We are seeking a talented 3D Animator with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You will work closely with designers, video editors, and AI specialists to create high-quality 3D assets, animations, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D animations, models, and motion sequences for a variety of projects. Wwith the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually compelling scenes. Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance speed and quality of production. Collaborate with video editors, designers, and scriptwriters to ensure seamless integration of 3D elements. Optimize scenes for performance without compromising visual quality. Manage textures, lighting, rigging, and rendering processes. Maintain project timelines and deliver outputs aligned with brand and client expectations.

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Maya and Blender. Strong experience with Substance Painter for texturing. Experience with Twinmotion for architectural or environment rendering. Good working knowledge of Photoshop for texture editing and design tasks. Ability to understand and adapt to AI-supported creative workflows (Stable Diffusion, AI video tools, etc.). Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of hands-on experience in 3D animation, asset creation, or CGI production. Portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work (mandatory).
