Job Overview:

We are seeking a

creative and skilled 3D Animator

with at least 3 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of 3D animation principles, workflows, and industry-standard software, along with the ability to create high-quality character, product, or environment animations based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D animation sequences for characters, products, environments, or motion graphics. Work closely with creative leads, designers, and modelers to execute project concepts. Develop storyboards, animation previews, and concept drafts when required. Rig, skin, and animate 3D models using proper motion principles and timing. Implement lighting, rendering, and texturing techniques when required. Review and refine animations based on feedback from team leads or clients. Ensure animations align with project guidelines, timelines, and creative vision. Maintain an organized file structure and proper documentation of assets and versions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in 3D animation for gaming, media, architectural visualization, product animation, or film. Proficiency in industry tools such as:

Blender / Maya / 3ds Max

After Effects / Premiere Pro

Unity / Unreal Engine experience (preferred)

Strong understanding of animation principles, rigging, modeling, texturing, and rendering. Ability to interpret creative briefs and produce visually compelling outputs. Good communication and teamwork skills.
