Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling, and character performance, with the ability to bring life and emotion to 3D characters, objects, and environments.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, props, and environments. Work closely with the modeling, rigging, and VFX teams to ensure smooth project workflow. Interpret storyboards and animatics to deliver engaging animations. Ensure all animations meet technical and aesthetic requirements. Collaborate with the creative director and production team to maintain consistency in style and quality. Optimize animation assets for real-time engines (Unreal, Unity) if required. Stay updated with current animation trends and techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in 3D animation. Proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max. Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, weight, movement, expression). Experience with rigging and character animation. Basic knowledge of lighting, rendering, and compositing is a plus. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time animation. Experience in Blender Experience in motion capture cleanup and integration. Understanding of VFX and post-production workflows.
