Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead the implementation and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) ERP solutions. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful implementation, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP solutions, covering planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Lead and coordinate project teams consisting of functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, developing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients and project teams, providing updates and resolving issues
• Facilitate change management processes for smooth transition and adoption of new systems
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project team members

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience (6+ years relevant) managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and modules within Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
• Solid project management skills with experience managing complex, enterprise-wide projects
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to travel as required
