Job Description

As we expand our footprint into India, we're looking for a dynamic 360 Marketing Executive to lead all marketing efforts on the ground and ensure the Driven brand makes a powerful impression in this new market.

Role Overview




This is a standalone, hands-on role for a well-rounded marketing professional with solid experience across the full marketing mix. As the first and only marketing team member in India (initially), you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing all aspects of the India branch's marketing activities. You will have the support and resources of our Dubai HQ marketing team, but must be confident and capable of operating independently day-to-day.

Organic Social Media



Plan and manage a consistent content calendar tailored to the Indian audience. Publish engaging content across all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and online engagement.

Content Creation



Develop original content, including copywriting, reels, graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials. Capture on-site property visuals and produce basic video/photo edits. Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, style, and objectives.

Paid Campaigns



Plan, launch, and manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Run paid search campaigns (Google Ads) to generate leads and drive traffic. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics and ROI.

Direct Communication Channels



Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts, SMS campaigns, and email marketing newsletters. Build segmented customer databases and automate messaging where possible. Track open rates, click-throughs, and lead generation from each channel.

General Marketing & Collaboration



Act as the brand guardian in India, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communication. Liaise with the Dubai marketing team for guidance, brand assets, support, and strategy alignment. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in India to inform marketing strategy. Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or similar sectors. Proven ability to manage multiple marketing functions independently. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management. Working knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads). Familiarity with email tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and CRM systems is a plus. Creative, self-motivated, and highly organized
