360 Digital Marketer
to manage and execute full-scale digital strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple channels - paid ads, SEO, social media, content, and automation.
You will be responsible for building campaigns that strengthen the brand, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct audience and competitor research to identify opportunities.
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and performance objectives.
Performance Marketing
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and minimum CPA.
Track and analyze conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
SEO and Content Marketing
Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search visibility.
Research and develop keyword-driven content strategies.
Collaborate with the content team for blogs, web pages, and landing pages.
Use tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console for performance tracking.
Social Media Management
Plan, design, and manage social media content calendars for multiple platforms.
Run organic and paid campaigns focused on engagement and lead generation.
Manage brand reputation, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
Email Marketing and Automation
Design and execute email campaigns for lead nurturing and retention.
Use tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.
Set up automated workflows and track campaign performance.
E-Commerce and CRO
Manage product listings, updates, and campaigns on Shopify and WordPress.
Perform A/B testing and conversion optimization for landing pages.
Ensure high-quality UX and website consistency across devices.
Analytics and Reporting
Monitor marketing performance and prepare detailed reports.
Present insights and optimization recommendations to management.
Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Tools
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console
SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest
CRM and automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp, n8n, Zapier
CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify
Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
Excellent English communication and analytical skills
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side)
Strong understanding of performance metrics and campaign management
Proven track record of delivering ROI-focused digital strategies
