Key Responsibilities:o Perform structural analysis of structures using STAAD.Pro.o Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Workbench for structuralcomponents and assemblies.o Assist in the development and optimization of new products, especially related to load bearing structures.o Generate and review design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.o Ensure all design and development activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 qualitymanagement system.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fabrication, project management, andquality.o Evaluate design performance against applicable codes and standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode,ASCE).o Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for design improvement.o Support testing and validation activities as required.o Maintain project documentation and design history files as per QMS requirements.Qualifications & Skills:o Bachelor's degree in civil/ Structural Engineering (master's preferred).o 2-3 years of experience in structural design and FEA, enthusiastic freshers may apply.o Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ANSYS Workbench.o Familiarity with other CAD/CAE tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is an addedadvantage.o Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, structural mechanics, and materialbehaviour.o Knowledge of national and international design codes and standards.o Good written and verbal communication skills.o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,931.88 - ₹40,000.00 per month
