through space. We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to bring our design visions to life

with compelling and photo-realistic renders.

Role Overview

As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings,

walkthroughs, and visualizations that communicate Studio MYSA's design intent across

residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

? Create detailed and photo-realistic 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs from

design briefs, sketches, and architectural drawings

? Collaborate closely with designers to visualize concepts, material palettes, furniture,

and lighting layouts

? Prepare floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC)

drawings when required

? Maintain and update a library of 3D assets, materials, finishes, and textures

? Stay aligned with Studio MYSA's visual language and brand style

? Optimize spatial layouts to enhance aesthetics and functionality

? Ensure timely delivery of renders and design packages for client reviews

Requirements

? Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

? 3-6 years of experience in 3D visualization for high-end residential/commercial

interiors

? Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop

? Strong eye for detailing, color, material finishes, lighting, and realism

? Ability to multitask across projects with tight timelines

? Bonus: Experience with office, cafe, or coworking space layouts

Pay: ?9,476.02 - ?47,647.31 per month
