Job Title: 2D/3D Architectural Designer Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative 2D/3D Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas into detailed and visually stunning architectural renderings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 2D and 3D design, with a focus on architectural projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design innovation. Responsibilities: 1. Conceptualize and Design:
- Translate architectural concepts and sketches into detailed 2D and 3D visualizations.
- Develop and refine design concepts based on project requirements, client feedback, and industry standards.
- Create accurate 3D models of architectural structures and environments.
- Produce high-quality renders and animations to effectively communicate design intent.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in architectural design and visualization.
- Integrate new tools and techniques into the design process to enhance project outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and organized design documentation.
- Ensure that all design files and documents are up-to-date and easily accessible to team members.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 2D/3D Architectural Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and rendering tools like V-Ray.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications for architectural visualization.
- Knowledge of sustainability and green design principles.
- At least 2-3 years experience
