2D/3D Animation Expert

In this dual role, you will train the next generation of animators while simultaneously working on high-end 2D/3D assets for our internal products and marketing campaigns. If you want a stable career that keeps your creative portfolio active, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Mentorship (60%)

Deliver practical, hands-on training in

3D Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, Animation, and Lighting

. Teach industry-standard pipelines for

2D Motion Graphics

and Character Animation. Guide students through their capstone projects and portfolio building. Update the curriculum to match current industry trends (e.g., AI in Animation, Blender Geometry Nodes).

2. Company Projects & Production (40%)

Design and animate high-quality

3D assets/explainers

for EasySkill's marketing and product teams. Create engaging 2D motion graphics for social media and educational content. Collaborate with the web & design team to integrate 3D elements into UI/UX projects.

Skills & Tools Required

Mastery in 3D:

Blender (Priority), Autodesk Maya, or Cinema 4D.

Mastery in 2D/VFX:

Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate CC.

Design Support:

Photoshop, Illustrator.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Unreal Engine (UE5), Unity, or AI Art tools (Midjourney/RunwayML).

What We Are Looking For

Strong Portfolio:

A showreel demonstrating strong principles of animation (Squash & Stretch, Timing, Spacing).

Communication:

Ability to explain complex 3D concepts in simple Hindi/English.

Problem Solver:

Someone who can troubleshoot rendering issues or rigging bugs.

Passion:

You stay updated with the latest tools and trends.
