Role Overview:

We are looking for a

2D Visualizer

who can conceptualize and design

exhibition stall graphics, event branding, and large-format print creatives

in alignment with 3D stall designs. The role requires strong

spatial understanding

, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with

print production

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

2D design concepts

for exhibition stalls, events, and experiential spaces Create stall graphics including: Fascia designs Back walls & panels Signages, standees, hoardings Brand communication within stalls Translate

3D stall designs into accurate 2D artwork

for printing and execution Coordinate closely with: 3D Visualizers Creative leads Production & fabrication teams Prepare

print-ready files

with correct: Dimensions & scale Bleeds & margins DPI & color modes Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs Incorporate client feedback and make revisions within timelines Support event branding needs beyond stalls when required
Required Skills & Expertise:

Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign (good to have) Strong understanding of: Large-format printing Materials & substrates On-ground execution constraints Ability to visualize graphics

in a physical space

, not just on screen Good sense of layout, typography, color, and scale Experience working under

tight event deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in: Events & exhibitions Retail / experiential design Environmental graphics Exposure to international exhibitions or large-scale events is a plus Basic understanding of 3D layouts (for coordination purposes)
Soft Skills:

Strong communication & coordination skills Detail-oriented and execution-focused Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Open to feedback and quick revisions Team player with a proactive mindset
