Job Summary

We are looking for a

2D Visual Designer - Events & Exhibitions

with hands-on experience in

event stall graphics, exhibition layouts, and large-format print design

. The role requires strong design execution skills, an understanding of spatial branding, and the ability to convert concepts into

print-ready artworks for exhibitions, trade fairs, and events

.

This position is ideal for designers who have worked closely with

fabrication teams, printers, and event execution teams

.

Key Responsibilities

Design

event stall graphics

, exhibition booth branding, and spatial visuals Develop

layouts for exhibition panels, backdrops, fascia, hoardings, standees, and wayfinding graphics

Create

print-ready artworks

as per large-format print and fabrication requirements Adapt brand guidelines into

event-specific visual systems

Coordinate with

fabrication, production, and printing vendors

for artwork accuracy Ensure correct

dimensions, bleed, color modes, and material suitability

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight event timelines Support senior designers and creative leads during concept-to-execution stages

Required Skills & SoftwareMandatory Skills

Strong experience in

event & exhibition graphic design

Expertise in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Coraldraw & InDesign

Sound understanding of

print production & large-format outputs

Ability to design

layouts for 3D spaces (2D execution level)

Good to Have

Knowledge of fabrication materials (vinyl, flex, fabric, boards, acrylic, etc.) Experience working with event agencies or exhibition design companies Design education from

NIFT / NID / Design Institutes

(preferred, not mandatory)
