Job Description

We are looking for an artful 2D Designer / Architect / Draftsman to undertake of designing projects. they should have at least 5 to 7 yrs experience.

Tasks of an Interior Designer / Architect:

Working on a brief- with details, what the space will be used for. Working in sync with client's requirements. Inspecting, surveying and measuring the spaces. Developing detailed drawings, using Auto CAD software or other software's. Carrying out research, and finding the right vendors for the job. Choosing the most appropriate materials for the design. Keeping in touch with clients on progress, and providing them with samples of paints and fabrics to be used. Making sure practical execution of designs on site. Should be willing to travel whenever work demands for site recce, measurements and supervision.
Requirements:

Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions). Experience in retail store designing would be preferred. Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations. Proficient in AutoCAD. Elaborate furniture detailing required To prepare detailed drawings as well as BOQs. Good knowledge of MS office is a must. Knowledge of Sketch up, 3D Max, Illustrator, Revit or other design programs is a nice to have not a must have. Creative talent, imagination and eye for design. Communication and presentation skills Project management skills
