Job Summary:

As our

2D Graphic Designer - Social Media Specialist

, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching, on-brand visual content tailored specifically for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more. You will work closely with our content, marketing, and brand teams to develop graphics that drive engagement, boost visibility, and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality 2D graphics, illustrations, and templates for social media posts, stories, reels/thumbnails, and ads. Collaborate with the social media team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Ensure consistency in design and brand identity across all social media platforms. Adapt content to fit platform-specific requirements (aspect ratios, formats, trends). Stay up to date with current design trends, platform updates, and audience preferences. Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Create simple animated visuals or GIFs for added engagement (optional but a plus).

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience as a 2D Graphic Designer, with a portfolio focused on social media content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools. Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of design principles. Ability to translate brand guidelines into visually compelling social posts. Familiarity with major social media platforms and their design best practices. Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with marketing teams or social media managers. Knowledge of motion graphics or tools like After Effects is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Experience with A/B testing visuals for social engagement (optional).
