About the Role:

AINIMAX Part of Techokraft Productions is looking for a passionate and skilled

2D design faculty expertise

with strong industry and academic experience in the field of 2D Animation, Motion Graphics, and Digital Design to join our academic team as a faculty member.This role involves delivering hands-on, industry-relevant training in top design and animation tools, with a key focus on user interface and experience design.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom sessions and practical workshops in 2D design and animation Teach and mentor students on the fundamentals of 2D concepts, design principles, and animation workflows Deliver hands-on software training using: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Audition Animate CC (Adobe Flash) Develop course content, assignments, and student projects aligned with industry standards Review student work, provide constructive feedback, and support portfolio development Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 2D design & animation Collaborate with academic and management teams for student evaluations and curriculum improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of industry experience

in 2D animation, motion graphics, or graphic design Minimum

1 year of teaching/faculty experience

in a training institute or academic setup Strong understanding of 2D design fundamentals, illustration, composition, color theory, typography, and animation principles Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Animate CC) Good communication and presentation skills Ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students

Prior experience in creating academic course materials Industry project experience (studio projects, freelancing, or production work)

Pay: ?11,629.98 - ?30,000.00 per month
