Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior 2D Draughtsman

with

8+ years of experience

in the construction and architectural drafting industry, particularly in

Kerala-style residential design

. The candidate must have excellent proficiency in 2D drafting, Kerala vernacular architecture, and a sound understanding of

Vastu Shastra

principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed 2D architectural drawings for residential projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to translate design concepts into working drawings. Apply Vastu principles in space planning and layout design. Ensure drawings meet local building codes and site conditions. Modify existing plans based on client feedback or design revisions. Maintain organized drawing archives and documentation.

Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Civil/Architectural Drafting or related field. Minimum

8 years of industry experience

in residential architectural drafting. Strong knowledge of

Kerala architectural styles

and

Vastu compliance

. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality drawings on time. Good communication skills and ability to understand client and architect inputs.
