Key Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting:

Prepare precise 2D interior layout drawings, space plans, and detailed working drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections).

Modify drawings based on client or designer feedback.

Maintain and update drawing documentation according to project changes.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team by preparing layout drawings and visuals for client presentations.

Provide technical clarification and support during client meetings when needed.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design intent.

Help in preparing proposal drawings and documentation.

Coordination & Communication:

Work collaboratively with the design and sales teams to meet project timelines.

Attend site visits when necessary to take measurements or check progress.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience as a 2D Draughtsman, preferably in the interior design industry.

Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of other design software (SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop) is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand design briefs and translate them into technical drawings.

Basic understanding of sales processes and client engagement is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
