Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Create precise 2D drawings and models using AutoCAD or similar software

- Develop detailed floor plans, blueprints, and other technical drawings

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design accuracy

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project changes

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations

- Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation

Requirements and Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software

- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles

- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks)

- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

- Experience working in construction, architecture, or engineering industries
