MnD Design and Management is a growing design and manufacturing company specializing in retail store interiors and custom furniture fixtures. With a factory setup and a focus on quality execution, we cater to premium brands and are building new product lines and e-commerce experiences. We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented

2D Designer

to join our dynamic team and help bring ideas to life with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D drawings for furniture, fixtures, and interior layouts using

AutoCAD

and similar design tools. Translate design briefs, sketches, and concepts into technical drawings for production. Coordinate with the factory team to ensure technical drawings are feasible and align with available materials and machinery. Maintain and update design documentation for standard and custom products. Work closely with project managers, CNC vendors, and fabricators to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Proven experience as a 2D Designer or Draftsman in the

furniture, interiors, or manufacturing

industry. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Knowledge of SketchUp or other design tools is a plus. Strong understanding of material properties (wood, metal, laminates, etc.) and manufacturing processes. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously. Eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality technical drawings.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a furniture factory or retail interior firm. Knowledge of software like Polyboard or Cabinet Vision. Familiarity with CNC file preparation and factory workflows.
