Produce precise 2D technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD or Revit
Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to understand project requirements, specifications, and ensure design feasibility and integration of different systems (e.g., structural, electrical, plumbing).
Modify existing drawings based on feedback from clients or project teams, site conditions, and design changes. This involves managing and documenting all design revisions and ensuring consistency across all plans.
Conduct occasional site visits to gather information, take measurements, and ensure the constructed work aligns with the design plans.
