Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Interior Designer

with a strong command of AutoCAD and in-depth knowledge of detailed design drawings. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading design projects from concept through execution, ensuring a high standard of technical detailing and coordination across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development process from concept to execution for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Prepare and review comprehensive

AutoCAD drawings

, including: Layout Plans, Elevations, Sections, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings, Joinery and furniture details, Ceiling and lighting plans Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure all designs are accurately implemented. Coordinate and guide junior designers and draftsmen on drawing standards and technical details. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity and quality. Manage client presentations and incorporate feedback into design revisions. Ensure all design documentation complies with local regulations, codes, and standards. Provide innovative, practical, and sustainable design solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum

10 years of professional experience

in interior design with a strong technical portfolio. Expert-level proficiency in

AutoCAD

Strong knowledge of construction and interior details, materials, and finishes. Extensive experience in producing

detailed working drawings

and coordinating with consultants. Good understanding of MEP coordination and technical integration. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in both high-end residential and commercial interior projects. Familiarity with local building codes and industry best practices. Capability to lead client meetings and presentations.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
