We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative

Production File & CorelDRAW Executive

to support our event production team. The role involves preparing accurate print-ready files, designing layouts, and coordinating with vendors to ensure high-quality event materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify production-ready files in

CorelDRAW

and Adobe Illustrator for branding, signage, stage designs, and print collaterals. Ensure all files meet technical specifications for printing and fabrication. Coordinate with the design and production teams to finalize artworks for events. Maintain organized folders of editable and final design files for reference. Work closely with printers to ensure color, size, and quality accuracy.

Requirements:

Proficiency in

CorelDRAW

is a must. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus. mininum 2-4 years of exp Experience in the event/exhibition industry is preferred. Understanding of print formats, bleed, color profiles, and material measurements. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Bonus:

Familiarity with stage layouts, fabrication materials, and signage dimensions.

Pay: ?9,490.67 - ?28,709.51 per month
