Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented

2D Architect

to create accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. The role focuses on producing clear 2D plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings that align with design intent, building codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

2D architectural drawings

including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details Develop

working drawings and construction documents

Interpret design concepts and convert them into precise technical drawings Coordinate drawings with

structural, MEP, and interior design teams

Revise drawings based on client, consultant, or authority feedback Ensure compliance with

local building codes, standards, and regulations

Maintain organized drawing sets and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Assist senior architects in design development and project coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in

Architecture or Architectural Drafting

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory) Strong understanding of

architectural standards, symbols, and scales

Knowledge of construction methods and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings High attention to detail and accuracy Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: ₹14,789.90 - ₹60,985.22 per month
