Job Overview

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Animator with a firm grasp of animation

techniques, fundamentals, and software for the social pages of brands. The animator will read through AV scripts and create narratives for various shoot and non-shoot-based videos through impactful animation skills and formats. These videos will be made for the digital platforms of some of Indias most prominent brands across the BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, banking and Automobile sectors. The animator will collaborate with our producers to design and execute animation videos for various brand videos across 2D, GFX, Mixed media, cut-out and stop motion animation etc

Position: 2D Animator

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the producers and turn the brief or script into an engaging animation video.
• Creating the angle, content, and tone according to the needs of the client and audience for each video.
• Conceptualizing and designing ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds and other animation elements.
• Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs.
• Developing storyboards for animation projects.
• Developing timing and pacing of motion based on audio requirements.
• Collaborating with the creative time, including designers, photographers and other animators, to finalize and complete projects.
• Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animations.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction.

• Quality check on each animation video delivered.
• Visual innovation in animation for social formats.
• Assist and contribute to the ideation and development of new forms of animation content.

Eligibility

• 2 to 3 years of experience in video editing and animation for brands.
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Strong visual aesthetics and design sense for social media platforms.
• An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
• Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple animation projects of varying complexities, and meet deadlines.
